Russ Cosón (pronounced Cuh-Sone) is a Filipino-American Recording Artist born on March 9, 1989. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area from San Jose, CA, he currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. Russ Cosón is known for his silky smooth voice, his unique style of “rap singing”, and his melodies that are guaranteed to get stuck in your head. 


Russ Cosón began steadily gaining popularity with the release of his song "Right Now" which was selected as 106 KMEL's “Pick of the Week” in the Bay Area. Now with multiple "Pick of the Weeks" under his belt and more than 15+ songs to hit radio waves, Russ has developed a fan base that to this day continues to grow. From POWER 106 and 92.3 REAL in Los Angeles to 89.1 WAVE in the Phillippines, Russ' music has been listened to and shared internationally over mainstream, online, and satellite radio.  Russ Cosón has made it evidently clear that he can make hits, performing all throughout the California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Massachusetts.

Today, Russ Cosón continues to make music and is committed to his successful music career. Russ hopes to inspire others by leading by example. He believes in striving for success and only competing with nobody but your old self. He is always looking for new ways to improve his habits and creative operation.
